How to use: Lightly wah massaging softly into the scalp, using finger tips for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, and apply Elixir Conditioner. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately. 

Suggested Usage:  Take 4 capsules daily with food.
