How to Apply?

Cover all exposed skin with a generous amount of the sunscreen (face & body). Apply again if necessary. 

Suggested Usage Colon Cleanse: Take 4 capsules before bedtime with 12 oz (300 ml) of water or more.

Suggested Usage Liver Cleanse:  Take 2 capsules in the morning with 12 fl oz of water or more  and take 2 capsules before bedtime with 12 fl oz of water or more.
