Suggested Usage:  Take 2 capsules through the day with 12 fl oz of water or more each time.

How to Use: Take a pearl 1 to 2 times daily with food.

How to use the Sampoo: Lightly wash massaging softly into the scalp, using fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply Elixir Conditioner. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately.
