After cleansing and applying Silk Face serum, apply to face and neck for a protected, even skin tone.
How to use: Shake well before use. Take ¼ teaspoon in the morning. For better absorption, rest it under the tongue 30 seconds before swallowing. Take with food. Refrigerate after opening.
Suggested usage: Take 4 capsules daily, preferably with food.
Directions: Take 1 capsule 1 or 2 times a day on an empty stomach or between meals.
Caution: Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially immune-suppressing drugs), or have a medical condition (especially if immune system is compromised). Keep out of reach of children.

How to use the Sampoo: Lightly wash massaging softly into the scalp, using fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply Elixir Conditioner. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately.
How to use the Conditioner: After rinsing and removing excess water, apply a generous amount evenly on hair focusing on the tips. Wait 3 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. If contact with eyer occurs rinse immediately.
