How to Use: Take 1 or 2 capsules with a meal once or twice daily.

Suggested Usage: Take 2 softgels once or twice daily with a meal.

Directions: Apply to underarms. Allow it to soften on contact with skin.

How to use: Apply a generous amount on humid hair, massage onto scalp left it rest 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse our thoroughly.
