How to Apply?

Cover all exposed skin with a generous amount of the sunscreen (face & body). Apply again if necessary. 

Suggested Usage: Take 1 tablespoon daily. Enjoy a rich, creamy coffee by adding Real Vegan MCT Oil with any plant-based milk of your choice. Also a great addition to a protein shake. Start by taking ¼ tablespoon daily and gradually increase the amount until your body gets used to it.
